You don’t have to give your name or any contact info to join us, and you can participate from pretty much any device — even a plain old telephone. All of our meetings are OPEN meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous.

Required Literature:

It is not required to have a Big Book, but it is recommended. We may ask participants to read excerpts. If you would like to view an online version, go to the AA Website Big Book Online.

Common Courtesy:

We ask that you show common courtesy during our video meetings. Please make sure to do the following:

  • Please try not to interrupt others. This can be difficult in a web conferencing system but please allow others to finish sharing before requesting to speak.
  • Refrain from the use of vulgarity of any kind.
  • Refrain from causing distractions or holding up a meeting. If necessary, leave the meeting and come back when you are ready to participate.
  • The Golden Rule: Treat others as you wish to be treated.
